24/7 full virtual support including, but not limited to zoom, text, phone calls, & duo.
Using evidence based birth, coaching techniques, encouragement, and partner coaching you will still be supported throughout pre- term, during, and in the postpartum transitional period up to two weeks after birth.
You will receive two virtual meetings prior to your due date to help you create your birth plan, answer questions, and to go over concerns. I will give you ways to cope through early labor along with your partner (they are a great help here and throughout your laboring journey).
I will be there every step throughout your labor virtually to answer any questions, offer breathing exercises, and to empower you and your partner.
