What's included?
2 pre-term visits:
- Visit to create a birth plan with you.
- Visit to go over my tools, library you can borrow, positions, fears, and ways to get through early labor with you and your partner.
Labor support:
-Virtual availability and early labor support.
-In person support for mom and partner during active labor providing education along the way so you can make evidence based decisions and refer to your birth plan.
-Positions, coaching, and other support that has been proven effective to improve chances of spontaneous vaginal delivery, improve recovery, increase overall satisfaction / fulfillment of birth, shorten labor, help make you more comfortable, and much more!
1 postpartum visits:
Light housework, light meal prep, company for Mom, support for family in transition, resources for massage, chiropractic care, lactation consulting and so much more.
-24/7 virtual access from time of hire to two weeks (or longer if needed) after birth.
- On call 37 weeks to two weeks after birth.
- Virtual Support up to 6 weeks after baby is born.
I require a $200 deposit at booking that will go towards your total and have payment plans available.
